A Rinjani that stays as beautiful as the day we first climbed it and trekkers who come back to see it again.
Our Mission
Safe, honest, well-organised treks led by Sasak guides who grew up at the foot of the volcano.
Majestic Lombok Travel was started in 2025 by Didit Kang, who grew up in [Sembalun / Senaru] and first stood on the summit at 12. Today we run 2-, 3- and 4-day treks to the 3,726 m summit and down to the Segara Anak crater lake with our own guides, porters, tents and cooking gear. Groups stay small, guides are always local, and everything is arranged directly with us on WhatsApp, with no agency in between.

How we climb
Local Guides, Not Middlemen
We are a Lombok family business. Your guide and porters come from the villages around the mountain and are paid and equipped by us directly.
Small Groups
We cap our treks at 4 trekkers per guide, so nobody gets rushed on the ascent and nobody gets left behind on the way down.
Safety on the Mountain
Our guides carry a first-aid kit, radio and headlamps and we watch the weather and park closures before every departure.
Respect for the Mountain
Everything we carry up comes back down with us, including your rubbish. We follow Rinjani National Park rules and keep our porters' loads within fair limits.
